ACSSYS HISTORY

ACSSYS is a bilingual (English/Spanish) company that fulfills the growing need to supply a corps of competent, reliable, and knowledgeable technicians in field of Electronic Security Technology. The critical demand for qualified technicians is particularly acute in the rapidly expanding Washington DC Metropolitan Area.

To achieve these goals, ACSSYS analyzed the constant growth of companies in the region and the need to safeguard their investments. ACSSYS has a team of instructors with many years of experience in this industry, which concentrates on the key skills that a technician needs to attain success in this industry. The ongoing economic and population growth as well as the constant change in the security technology field are main factors that call for a huge demand for personnel in the security technology field,, especially with the treat of terrorism in greater Washington, DC capital region. This Electronic Security Industry must constantly keep updated on the numerous innovations in the highly competitive technological field.

Following certification with the Commonwealth of Virginia on April 11,2006, ACSSYS was open to the public in June 2006. The first class graduated on January 2007. After completion of this course at least 30% of the students found related employment through the ACSSYS placement service. Upon graduation, students are welcome to attend classes, seminars, and orientation.

The incorporated owners of ACSSYS are Juan Carlos Viricochea and Amilcar Colque.

Information Security Director Hartman Dross (Mr. Dross is a visiting professor and has advised such companies as: Booz Allen & Hamilton, Chase Manhattan Bank, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Wells Fargo Bank, Nextel, and others on data security matters). He holds a B.S. in Science from Columbia University.

Upon request, students or appropriately interested parties may request the above-listed officers to provide access to, and if requested a copy of, the current formal incorporating papers whereby the Commonwealth of Virginia certified ACSSYS llc as a viable, legal corporation that is duly authorized to prepare students in a postsecondary school for entrance into the field of technical security. Referenced documents state the powers, duties, and responsibilities of the school’s governing board of directors; president/director; vice-president; board of directors; and principal administrators at the above-listed address.
