ACSSYS INTERNERNSHIP PROGRAM

ACSSYS is a Virginia-certified hi-tech school in Fairfax City that specializes in training students to install, maintain, and repair state-of-the-art access control systems, including CCTV, and alarm systems. ACSSYS is initiating the ACSSYS Internship Program (AIP) that will enable highly-educated ACSSYS students to apply for an internship at participating hi-tech companies, such as yours. Intern applicants will directly apply for sponsorship to those companies expressing an interest in the AIP.

ACSSYS is extending this ground-breaking AIP opportunity that is designed to mutually benefit your company as well as the ACSSYS-trained intern, who will work under this program on a voluntary basis. As an intern sponsor under the AIP, your company will derive the free services of an intern who will work a minimum of 8 hours every two weeks over a period of at least four months. The intern will benefit by gaining valuable field experience and applying his sharpened high-tech skills in a technology centered environment. This on-the-job experience will make the intern an increasingly valued asset for your company. At no expense, your company will have the opportunity to know the intern and potentially offer full or part-time employment, as suited to the needs of your organization.

Upon your consent to participate as a sponsor in the AIP, the prospective intern will submit a standard form application made available by ACSSYS. The application will indicate his desire that you sponsor his internship with your company. The form will include: applicant's name, address, telephone/cell phone numbers, references, days and hours available for volunteer work, and information on applicant's background and career objectives.

As a further incentive, ACSSYS is planning to offer the AIP sponsor network with temp services and a crew of technicians to assist meeting a dead-line job.

Your company can advise ACSSYS of your interest in participating in our AIP program via a letter of confirmation on letterhead stationery. We look forward to your company joining the AIP network!
